To qualify for the service, companies' representatives must demonstrate that they:

• Use their products or services as tools for positive social change.

• Are committed to develop and employ practices that benefit workers, customers, communities, and the environment.

• Are operating according to the principles of environmental sustainability and social justice.
  
   
  Other requirements: 

• Should have a website and should be passionate about the business and enthusiastic about its online possibilities.

• Access to MSN or GTalk.

• Sign a simple non disclosure agreement.

• Willing to work on either US or Indian office hours.
